Excellent rat trap. Bought box of two traps. Prompt delivery, prime next day. Placed in the compost bin in the garden, each baited with a small pieces of cheese and peanut butter. Within 24 hours one trap had caught and killed a rat. Traps back out and set, in case there are more rats. Although a couple of days in, the compost doesn't appear to have been disturbed by further wildlife/rodents. The traps are excellent, strong, sturdy, well made and appear to be the ideal size. Good value for money. The seller made contact with a message via Amazon, a couple of days after delivery to check all was ok with the delivery and product. Offering assistance if needed. This in my opinion was excellent customer service/after sales service.

Heard a rat running around in our shed.we've tried other traps before and never caught a thing,the rats were laughing at us.So we bought these traps ,put some in the shed with some peanut butter and went back an hour later and POW one DEAD rat for the BBQ. The traps are light - trigger sensitive and and set off at the lightest touch making them difficult to set in concealed spaces. After a couple of times trying to reposition and reset two of the traps would not engage aymore. I had to repurchase decent size trap - and watch a number of videos on where to position the traps and how to bait and understand how to secure an area so, that the rat would take the bait, that I had success. Since I wrote the above review the seller was responsive to my concerns and has offered to replace the traps free of charge. However I had to make alternative arrangements so not necessary to take up their offer, although it was much appreciated.
