Ordered this pest repeller to help as the weather gets colder we usually find a mice or two try to enter the house every year. It's about the size of a large mug but square. It comes with a. Power cable that must be plugged into a usb-a socket. It has 3 different noise settings to select from and a position for off. There is also a button which makes lights come on at the top of the box. My issue is the noise, I assumed it would be silent to humans, it really isn't. Not only that it freaked my dogs right out. It says it's friendly to humans and pets. I don't think it is. My ears hurt after turning it on and the fact my dogs both went nuts, I don't think that's a truthful claim. Say I didn't have pets and it didn't hurt my ears, I wouldn't like the constant sound this box makes going off 24/7.

The second this went on I could hear the high pitched whine, just like those cat deterrent speaker people sometimes have in their front garden. There's no way I could have this on all the time, I'd rather have the mice to be honest.
