Ease of use, all items were wrapped seperately so you don't have to use them all at once. Placed a few around the area where mice were, very easy to do and 3 or 4 days later no mice. The smell from the product is quite pleasant, my dog, after an initial sniff didn't bother with them again so would recommend and purchase again if needed.

My dilemma… a mouse problem in the garden & I didn’t want them making their way into the house… but I have a dog so didn’t want to put down poison. These balls were the ideal solution… they had a peppermint odour, that wasn’t too overpowering but clearly was strong and unpleasant to rodents… yet harmless to my dog. I started from the inside out… placing them in my lift first, the working outside placing balls in the shed, under the shed etc. I thought it best doing it this way as otherwise I might be inadvertently forcing the mice inside as they tried to avoid the smell. A week later - no sign of the mice at all! Very effective!

Wish I could give it zero stars as this did not help us get rid of mouse and rat in our garden room. They are continuing to roam our back garden despite putting all these balls down their tunnels. Wanted to use this as a humane approach and really wanted it to work but will now have to attempt another way...Doesn't work, wish I could get a refund. Don't waste your money.
