Arrived and used straight away. 4 traps in total. Placed 3 traps strategicly close together on the rats trail and 1 further away. 2 out of 3 traps that were close together the rat ate the cheese in the hole but didn't trigger the trap. The 3rd trap triggered and got it. 3 hours after placing them 1 rat dead. 2 hours after 2 more dead in 2 other traps. Next morning 1 more dead. The one further away untouched as of yet. So far so good. I used mozzarella cheese in tiny bits and squashed it in the hole. Sometimes the cheese was gone and the trap didn't trigger I think you have be persistent with filling the trap with food So far so good. Instant death.

Good quality strong traps that have been really successful in controlling rats in my garden, you do have to be really careful when setting them as they are really sensitive, and I've caught my finger a couple of times! If you are going to buy these, PLEASE only use them inside a tamper proof bait box where birds, hedgehogs and other wildlife will not be harmed by them.

It's fired off but does not kill or trap a medium sized rat . Rat ate the Peanut Butter and went back home laughing . probably okay for mice but a bit big ,buy a smaller mouse trap . Buy something else for Rats .too big for mice,too small for Rats Hopeless BUY THIS ,copy and paste all the below . Essendo in plastica sono piu' facili da pulire rispetto alle trappole in legno. Sono anche facili da armare, una volta messa l'esca basta alzare la U metallica, che si aggancia da sola al meccanismo di ritenuta.
